By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our website or request services from us.

“Customer” or “you” means any person or entity who uses this website or obtains our Services.
3. Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all dealings between you and us, including website use, quotes, contracts, variations, payments and cancellations.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a remedy (such as repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation) if we fail to meet these guarantees.
5. Quotes
-
Quotes are based on the information you provide and are estimates only until confirmed by a written quote following a site inspection.
-
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
-
We may revise a quote if the site conditions differ materially from the information provided. You must approve any revised quote in writing before work continues.
6. Scope of Work
-
The quote covers only the goods and services described.

Variations (changes in scope, materials, labour) will be documented and priced separately and require your approval.
7. Payment

Deposit and final payment terms will be specified in the quote or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits must be paid to secure the booking, and the balance is due on completion or when scheduled.
-
If you fail to make payment as agreed, we may suspend work or charge interest on overdue amounts.
8. Cancellation & Retention
-
If you cancel after acceptance of a quote or after work has been scheduled, you may forfeit part of the deposit or payment to cover reasonable costs incurred by us (e.g., time spent, materials ordered).
-
Any cancellation fees must be reasonable and reflect actual costs, not arbitrary penalties.
9. Refunds
-
Refunds for change of mind (i.e., not due to fault in service) are at our discretion but must be fairly calculated based on work done and costs incurred, such as administrative.
-
Refunds for failure to meet consumer guarantees (e.g., service defects) must be provided in accordance with the law, even if the website states otherwise.
